Mardasha is an Atlanta permanent makeup artist, PMU educator, and founder of Ombré Beauty Co. Known for her signature Ombré Lip Liner technique, she has built her career around permanent makeup artistry, education, and helping women feel more confident in themselves.
Her journey took more than one restart. From rebuilding her life in Atlanta to teaching her first students from her living room, every chapter shaped the way she approaches her clients and students today: make it personal, make it meaningful, and create your own lane.

More than a
permanent makeup artist
Mardasha’s journey to becoming an Atlanta permanent makeup artist and educator was anything but a straight line. She moved to Atlanta, started over, moved back, returned again, and at one point called a Motel 6 home. Through every restart, she kept going. As a young woman navigating dental insecurities, she also understood how deeply confidence can affect the way you show up in the world. Beauty became a way to reconnect with that confidence and, eventually, a way to help other women find theirs too.
What started in a small room grew into Ombré Beauty Co., a permanent makeup studio and education brand built through consistency, connection, and a genuine desire to make women feel seen. Mardasha began teaching permanent makeup training from her living room with a few mannequins, a vision, and a willingness to share what she knew. Those first lessons eventually grew into workshops, travel classes, sold-out trainings, and thousands of students taught across the country.
The Artist Behind Ombré Lip Liner
Long before Ombré Lip Liner became Mardasha’s signature technique, lip liner was already part of her story. She has worn it nearly every day since high school, and over the years, it became an effortless part of her personal style.
When Mardasha became a business owner and permanent makeup specialist, she knew she wanted to create something of her own. Something distinctive that felt personal to her while bringing a fresh approach to the permanent makeup industry. She found that inspiration in something she had genuinely loved for years: lip liner.
From there, Mardasha developed her signature Ombré Lip Liner technique, combining her experience as a PMU artist with the look that had been part of her own beauty routine for so long. What began as a personal love became a technique designed to stand apart, giving her the opportunity to create work that was recognizable, intentional, and uniquely her own.
