BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Permanent Makeup Prep &
Contraindications
Preparing properly for permanent makeup can help create a better treatment experience and give Mardasha the best possible canvas to work with.
Before your appointment, review the preparation instructions and contraindications for your treatment. Certain medications, medical conditions, skin concerns, previous permanent makeup, or recent treatments may affect whether your service can safely move forward.
Please disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous procedures, and existing permanent makeup before treatment. Medical history and medications are relevant considerations before micropigmentation procedures.
BEFORE WE BEGIN, NOT EVERY SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR EVERY CLIENT
Permanent makeup involves implanting pigment into the skin. While it is cosmetic, it still carries risks including infection, allergic reactions, inflammation, scarring, and other complications. Your health and skin condition come first. Some circumstances may require your appointment to be postponed, modified, or cleared by an appropriate healthcare professional before treatment.
Never stop or change a prescription medication solely to prepare for a cosmetic procedure unless the clinician who prescribed it tells you to do so.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
The following does not automatically mean every client can never receive permanent makeup. Some circumstances mean treatment should be postponed, while others require evaluation or medical clearance.
Ombré Lip Liner & Lip Blush Preparation
Healthy, hydrated lips create a better canvas for permanent lip artistry. In the days leading up to your appointment, the goal is to arrive with lips that are comfortable, intact, and free from active irritation.
Permanent Brow Preparation
Before your apppointment, whether you're receiving Nano Brows, Ombré Powder Brows, or Combination Brows,
arrive with the brow area healthy and free from active irritation.
Scar Camouflage Preparation
Scar Camouflage is performed on skin that has already gone through its own healing process. The condition, maturity, texture, and color of the scar all matter when determining whether camouflage is appropriate. Micropigmentation can be used to camouflage scars, but candidacy depends on the individual skin and scar.
